The Flying Dance Company (FDC) offers the most diverse dance program in Guelph and the Tri-Cities Area (Kitchener/Waterloo & Cambridge). The classes are taught by professional instructors in a welcoming atmosphere that encourages creativity and personal growth, while instilling self confidence (among the many benefits of dance) and awareness of the different cultures that these dances represent. Our unique program provides lessons for both Adults and Kids in Salsa, Latin Ballroom, Belly Dancing, West Coast Swing, Latin Cardio, Hip Hop, African Dance & Drumming, Argentine Tango, West Coast Swing, Latin Jazz Choreography, Pilates, Zumba for both adults & kids, and an Introduction to Dance Movements Class for kids ages 3-5 yrs old
